Format ChatGPT
After using ChatGPT to create something, you may want to export it to a Google Doc. Use the clipboard icon to copy ChatGPT content.
Start a new Google document in docs.new.
Control V to paste.
ChatGPT hits markup
You will notice that the content is marked. Titles have ### and **bold** text is surrounded by asterisks. What a pain to clean this!
Remove blank lines by AliceKeeler
Use the Extensions menu to select “Remove blank lines from AliceKeeler”. This gives you the option to choose different ways to quickly format your Google Document. Between each paragraph ChatGPT has a blank paragraph. Personally, I prefer to use Google Doc settings to add a space after the paragraph, so I use “Remove Blank Paragraphs” to clean this up in Google Doc. Quickly transform **bold** text to bold. ## hashtags indicate the header level. Change them to headers quickly using the extension.
In Spanish
Now, for those of you who speak Spanish and use ChatGPT, the extension is available in Spanish. Use the Spanish option to view menu options in Spanish.

I replaced Google Jamboard with FigJam. It is a better collaborative digital whiteboard. One of the big differences between Google Jamboard and FigJam is the lack of pages. Instead of pages, FigJam has sections. A unique feature is being able to hide sections until you are ready for students to use the section’s resources.
