Investing.com – The Saudi Arabia stock market closed higher this Sunday; the gains of the sectors, and drove the indices higher.
At the close of Saudi Arabia, the gained 0.05%.
The best performer of the session was Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:), up 10.00% or 6.90 points to close at 75.90. Meanwhile, SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co CJSC (TADAWUL:) gained 9.97%, or 24.80 points, to close at 273.60, and Arabian Pipes Company (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.96%, or 14.60 points, to close the session at 161.20.
At the bottom of the index was Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (TADAWUL:), which fell 3.40%, or 6.20 points, to close at 176.00. National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL:) fell 3.29%, 6.60 points, to close at 193.80 and Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (TADAWUL:) fell 3.00% or 3.80 points to 123.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Stock Exchange by 150 to 120 and 24 ended unchanged.
SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co CJSC (TADAWUL:) shares rose to all-time highs; rising 9.97% or 24.80 to 273.60. Arabian Pipes Company (TADAWUL:) shares rose to 5-year highs; rising 9.96% or 14.60 to 161.20.
Crude oil for delivery in March rose 0.50% or 0.38 to $76.60 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities, Brent oil futures for April delivery rose 0.42% or 0.34 to settle at $81.97 a barrel, while Gold futures for April delivery fell 0. .45%, 9.20, to $2,038.70 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.07% at 4.04, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% at 3.75.
US dollar index futures were down 0.08% at 103.96.
