After Razer Pause direct sales of laptop in the United States (thanks to Again, out again, but still for China Tariffs), the company has officially launched its application of remote games transmission. Razer PC Remote Play, which the company launched in Beta in CES 2025, is now officially available for iOS and Android.
Razer can get a little late to the party here, and its application is not the only way to transmit your PC games to other devices. (For example, Steam's version has offered similar functionality for six years). But Razer's application has an orderly trick: automatically adjusts the resolution and photograms speed of the game so that they coincide with that of its mobile device. Therefore, you can avoid the black bars you get with the services that only transmit games in a fixed appearance ratio.
The company says it works with all iOS and Android games controllers, and the iPad version has keyboard, mouse and trackpad support. It works with multiple shop windows (including Steam, Epic, PC Game Pass and more). The application uses the AV1 video codec, which Razer says that quality increases and reduces latency.
The configuration requires the Razer Nexus and PC Remote Play applications on its mobile device and Razer Cortex on the Host PC. After logging with their Razer ID, the two should automatically match and can reach the business. You can download the application now from Google Play and the Application store.
