The game originally shipped for consoles and Windows PC, and was briefly banned from some stores due to a rating error. It's back and now there's also a MacOS port that you can access by purchasing the game on Steam.

LocalThunk also says they plan to update the game, make balance changes, and possibly add new wild cards, and publisher Playstack says it's currently looking at merchandising options, including physical decks of Balatro cards.
There is no release date yet for the iPhone or Android ports; iMore asked LocalThunk, but without dice. Be careful: there is already a “Balatro Poker” in the App Store and it is not the game you are looking for.
