The annual Game Awards came and went this week, introducing upcoming games and crowning the 2024 game of the year: Astrobot. Taking advantage of the excitement, The Game Awards has already announced the date of next year's event. It will take place on December 11, 2025 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
As always, Thursday's Game Awards gave us of music from the GOTY nominees, and it is very difficult. That includes music from Astrobot, Balatro and Black Myth: Wukong. Definitely worth checking out if you missed it during the broadcast.
Among the trailers, we saw by surprise by CD Projekt RED and a , a cooperative action game coming out in 2025. We also saw trailers for Naughty Dog's , of Hazelight, a cute but creepy new cooperative game called from the team behind Overcookedand more than a dozen other upcoming titles.
