The Chinese branch of Tesla announced in a WeChat Post On Sunday morning it launched a new Model Y with design and performance tweaks that maintains the same starting price as before (through Reuters). The new car follows the company’s launch of the facelifted Model 3 “Highland” in China, which also arrived in Europe early last month.

The car starts at 263,900 yuan (about $37,000), and the company offers both long-range versions for 299,900 yuan (about $42,000). and a high-performance version for 349,900 yuan (about $49,000).
