Pavel Durov, Telegram's chief executive, was arrested at an airport near Paris on Saturday, reportedly as part of a preliminary investigation into the app's lax approach to moderation and failure to curb potential criminal activity, according to citing French media BFM and TF1Telegram is also accused of failing to cooperate with the police.
