In our official review, we loved the Ninja Creami, calling it a “quick and easy” way to make “surprisingly tasty” ice cream and other frozen desserts. In reality, it’s a user-friendly design that’s a widely used appliance in restaurants, so the results will be a bit better than your average ice cream maker.

That's why we admire how easy it is to use and that most of the components are machine washable. It's also surprisingly versatile. It works for ice cream, of course, but also sorbets, gelatos, frozen yogurt, and more. We recommend just throwing stuff in there to see what happens, as we've had a fantastic experience with a combination of cow's milk and coconut milk. It's really hard to make anything disgusting with this machine, unless you add pickle juice or something. Even that might work.
And what's the downside? The usual $200 price tag keeps it out of “impulse buy” territory, though this deal helps to remedy that. It's also pretty loud during use, but then so is the ice cream truck speeding down the block, right?
