In a presentation (pdf) filed with the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), Microsoft shared some details about how it thinks you’ll be able to get Obligations games to run on the nintendo switch.
Last month, Microsoft signed a binding 10-year agreement to bring Obligations games to Nintendo gamers day and date as on Xbox with “full parity of features and content” if his proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard goes through. In the CMA presentation, Microsoft makes two main points to argue that it is possible to bring games like call of duty: war zone and “buy to play” titles like modern warfare ii to change:
if you ever played Fortnite on Switch, you probably know that it looks a lot worse than on newer consoles and PC hardware. but it does play generally fine; my wife and I have no problem getting together several times a week, even though she uses Switch and I use PS5 or Xbox. I imagine Obligations the games would be similar, which means they probably won’t look as good as on Xbox Series X, but at least you’ll be able to play them on a Nintendo platform. (Hopefully, Nintendo next rumored console it has better graphics.)
