Following the recent warranty extension Announcing affected 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core desktop processors, Intel confirms that these currently available processors are No Affected by Vmin shift instability issue:
12th Gen Intel Core Processors for Desktop and Mobile
13th and 14th Gen Intel Core i5 (non-K) and i3 Desktop Processors
13th and 14th Gen Intel Core mobile processors, including HX series processors.
Intel Xeon processors, including server and workstation processors.
Intel Core Ultra Processors (Series 1)
BIOS updates for 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core desktop processors
While most 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core desktop processors are not affected by the Vmin shift instability issue, Intel recommends that all users continue to follow the instructions:
Make sure the system is running the latest BIOS, which users can check via Intel Compatibility Tool and/or the motherboard manufacturer's website. Users can also learn more about updating their BIOS by visiting the following site: How to update the BIOS.
Using Intel's default configuration recommendations for your 13th and/or 14th Gen Intel Core desktop processor, including 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core entry-level, commercial, and consumer workstation desktop systems.
