The iPhone 16 is almost here, and Apple is preparing to unveil its next line of smartphones on Monday, September 9 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) or 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT). The company is expected to officially announce four phones, as usual: two standard iPhone 16 models and two iPhone 16 Pro models, all of which will likely be equipped with Apple Intelligence ai features.
You can watch the live stream at Apple's own websitein His YouTube channeland even on an Apple TV. (Apple usually makes sure you see this when you scroll down from the Apple TV app home screen, but you can also search for “Apple Event” to find it.)
In addition to the new iPhones, Apple will likely announce release dates for its next major software updates, including iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS 15 Sequoia, WatchOS 11, and visionOS 2. The first three of those operating systems will include Apple Intelligence when they ship, though you’ll need at least an iPad or Mac with an M1 chip or an iPhone 15 Pro to take advantage of it.
