Heartwarming adventure games have found a place to thrive on Playdate. This weekend, while searching for something similar to a bite-sized exploration/puzzle game, Land of eyes — cute, low commitment, not particularly difficult — and I found it absolutely charming.
Electrolight It's described as “a little game about a little piece of light on a little adventure.” In it, you're just a flash of light trying to find your way out of a computer so you can see. The worldThere are only a handful of rooms to explore, with some simple puzzles to solve and items to collect to help you progress on your quest. And there are some inspirational messages scattered throughout to encourage you on your journey to new experiences.

It's a short game, perfect for when you want something fun to keep you busy for about half an hour. I completed it in about 20 minutes. Electrolight It's only $2 in the Playdate catalog.
