Waxhaw, North Carolina – QoreInsights, an innovative educational technology company based in North Carolina, is pleased to announce the launch of its Grant for personalized ai-based professional learning for rural districts. The grant will provide an elementary school with a license for unlimited use of QoreInsights’ award-winning platform, Classroom Education Plan© (CEP), for use during the 2024-2025 school year. The total value of this grant is over $10,000, including comprehensive support services and professional learning to ensure the success of the initiative.
What is the Classroom Educational Plan (CEP)? The CEP platform uses artificial intelligence (ai) to integrate teacher observations, student feedback, and baseline data, enabling personalized professional learning for K-6 teachers with real-time data, insights, and actionable guidance. This targeted approach improves reading, math, student engagement, and well-being.

Benefits of the grant The winning primary school will become a QoreInsights partner and receive full CEP licenses for all general primary education teachers, with free access for administrators and trainers. Who should apply? The ai-powered Personalized Professional Learning for Rural Elementary Schools Grant is open to rural school districts* with at least one elementary school. Schools that could benefit from a tool designed to amplify teacher and student voice, improve instructional quality through data-driven PLCs, and
Districts are encouraged to apply evidence-based practices. The winning school will be selected based on its vision for community engagement and creative plans to engage the school's entire learning community. *To qualify, districts must be located in rural areas with a local code of 41, 42, or 43 as defined by the National Education Act.
