“I would say that finding a training program that can happen,” says Bagby. “Either Apple's free coach, and there are some training things in Microsoft that can happen for free. Find a free program that can happen.
Finally, having experience in administration can help.
“I would suggest that if you are going to do it, make sure you had administrative experience as well,” says Bagby. “It is more likely that directors speak, understand and listen to other people who have been in their positions, or who are above their positions, or who have worked with people consisting of those positions.”
