Counterattack 2 developers strongly warned players in a post which will be banned if you activate AMD’s Anti-Lag feature during CS2. According to the post, features in the latest driver updates are “implemented by bypassing engine dll functions,” adding that when AMD updates drivers, the team will work to “identify affected users and reverse their ban.”
AMD added support for Anti-Lag Plus in CS2 in it Adrenaline Edition Driver Version 23.30.1. The feature is exclusive to Radeon RX 7000 series GPUs, so older hardware should not be affected. We emailed AMD for a statement on the issue. Engadget grades that you can disable the feature by pressing Alt+L, and notes that you can check the hotkey mapping in the AMD Radeon software by clicking the gear icon > Hotkeys > customizing the hotkey for Anti-Lag Plus.
