This document informs about the shared tasks organized by the 21st IWSLT Conference. Shared tasks address 7 scientific challenges in the translation of spoken language: simultaneous and offline translation, subtitulation and automatic dubbing, speech translation to voice, dialect and translation of low resource speech, and indicated languages indic. The shared tasks attracted 18 teams whose presentations are documented in 26 system documents. The growing interest towards the translation of the spoken language is also witnessed by the constantly increasing number of organizers of shared tasks and taxpayers to the general document, distributed almost uniformly throughout the industry and the academy.
