Awesome Games Done Quick has already concluded for 2025 (with a fundraiser for the Prevent Cancer Foundation), but the philanthropic group has other programs throughout the year that raise money for worthy causes. Two of them are organized by Frame Fatales, a community for women and men of speed racing under the GDQ umbrella. The group's Frost Fatales event will take place March 9-16 and will raise money for the . He It just dropped today and here are some of the highlights.
The event kicks off with a couple of my favorite games to watch: the punishing 2D platformer. cup head followed by the wahoos of Super Mario Odyssey. I also find it funny that Lanaruse runs. Coffee Caravanbut with the category “Any% Without Coffee”. That starts the show on March 13 at 1 pm ET. The March 14 lineup looks particularly exciting, with Jaypeg boarding Snufkin: Moomin Valley TuneGretaIceVixen and Corvimae showing off Pokémon sword and shieldand Bloupeuh playing Undertale Yellow. Frost Fatales is ready to close with SawaYoshi facing a series of one-handed attacks. sky bluewhich seems like mandatory viewing.
And if you can't wait until March to see some great player philanthropy, be sure to tune in during Back to Black, GDQ's event highlighting Black speedrunners. This year, the exhibition will raise money for a racial justice nonprofit, Feb. 6-9.
