The United Kingdom stock market does not show signs of weakening such as Ftse 100 It continues to rise higher, reaching a few percentage points of 9,000. Meanwhile, the pound has strengthened against the dollar, increasing 2% in the last month.
In general, a rally stock market leads to falling yields as the two factors move inversely.
However, many high performance Ftse Dividend shares have maintained their high yields by increasing dividends. The insurance and property sectors remain two of the best places to find high performance actions in the United Kingdom. Actions like Phoenix group, M & gand Taylor Wimpey All maintain yields above 8%, despite enjoying profits from 8% to 10% in the last month.
But that is not the only place where investors can find the best dividend shares in the United Kingdom to buy in 2025. I am more interested in the potential of two smaller ones Ftse 250 dividend shares that I have. OSB Group (LSE: OSB) and Primary health properties (LSE: PHP) are two of my favorite passive income actions from the United Kingdom and I think that dividend -centered investors would be intelligent to consider them.
OSB Group
Barclays Recently reduces its price objective for OSB Group to 635P from 650p. However, it maintains an overweight rating in the action, and the objective represents approximately a 50%gain.
Kent Challenger Bank has a 7.7% yield, increasing dividends at a rate of 16.4% in the last five years. By 2023, the total dividends amounted to 32p per share, a figure that is probably increased by 2024.
The recent prices activity has been silenced, and the shares decreased 1.12% in the last year. Moderate growth reflects a weaker yield, with profits per action (EPS) that fall from £ 1 per action to 75p in 2023. EPS is expected to reach 82P when the results of the whole year are published on March 13 of 2025.
In general, analysts are still optimistic about stock. Nine of 11 have a strong purchase rating with an average target price of 12 months of 553p, a 30%gain.
Primary health properties
Like OSB Group, Primary Health Properties has been quoting sideways, with the price of reduced action 0.7% in the last year. The Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) focuses on buying and allowing medical care premises such as hospitals and medical offices.
Reit tend to be popular actions of the United Kingdom with those who seek high yields, since the rules require that they return 90% of profits to shareholders as dividends.
