The Carnival celebration faced a diving storm that delayed it on March 30 from the departure of Miami.
The ship planned to go at the end of the afternoon for a caribbean navigation of the east of 7 nights. The ship has planned visits to Puerto Plata, Amber Cove Dominica, San Juan and the Virgin Islands of the United States.
The carnival celebration was only slightly delayed with its planned departure at 4 that returned at 4:15. The captain did not make a formal announcement of the delay, according to Dennis postcard Travel Planning.

“The supervisors were in all the roofs when the rain came in. In cover 18 they had to block the doors with towel batteries to prevent the water from entering the lobby of the elevator,” he shared.
The ship departed safely, but the captain had to sound a prolonged explosion of the ship's horn every two minutes. (which is maritime law in port areas during periods of reduced visibility).
“In a moment,” Post shared, “the captain rang five brief explosions of the horn, which meant danger, since there were crossed yachts on the channel while the ships were heading down.
Captain Rino Costanza currently leads the celebration of the Carnival.
