Silversea, the luxury cruise line owned by Royal Caribbean Group, has shared its plans for its 2025 Venetian Society Reunion voyage.
“For the first time, Venetian Society members have been invited to vote for their preferred itinerary,” the cruise line said on its website. “The luxury and expedition cruise travel brand will once again bring its extended family of guests together aboard Silver Spirit from October 17-29, 2025, welcoming both Venetian Society members and first-time guests between Fusina (Venice) and Athens (Piraeus).”

Silversea President Bret Hernandez will host the cruise.
The cruise line sees its Venetian Society Reunion cruises as an opportunity for past guests to reconnect with old friends and make new ones.
“During the sailing, guests will be able to enjoy special onboard events and receptions, enriched entertainment and curated shore excursions,” the cruise line wrote. “Additionally, Venetian Society members can attend an exclusive onshore event, which, hosted by Silversea's destination experts, offers a unique insight into a destination's local culture, customs and history; a 5% savings on the cruise fare; and commemorative gifts, among other benefits.”
Silversea allows its passengers to choose the ports
Hernandez shared his excitement about sailing on a voyage that was selected by members of the cruise line's loyalty program.
“Our reunion voyages provide important opportunities to bring together our Venetian Society members each year, allowing our executive teams, both onshore and onboard, to meet with our valued guests and celebrate their loyalty,” he said. “In 2025, we will visit some of the Mediterranean’s most iconic destinations, including Venice, Dubrovnik, Santorini and Rhodes, travelling in the shoulder season for an authentic experience, while connecting with the locals.”
Departing from the new Fusina cruise terminal (Venice), this cruise will visit many of the most iconic destinations in the Mediterranean:
- Guests travelling aboard Silver Spirit will first discover Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia, where they will have the opportunity to explore Piazza Unità d'Italia, one of Italy's most spectacular squares, and marvel at some of the country's most striking architecture.
- In Croatia's medieval capital, Dubrovnik, guests can explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town, admire the beautiful Renaissance paintings at the Dominican Monastery, and enjoy the historic beauty of the Rector's Palace, the Maritime Museum, St. Blaise's Church, and Onofrio's Fountain.
- A panoramic drive and walking tour of the old town will allow you to discover the charm of Bari, Italy, while excursions to the cathedral-style sea caves of Polignano a Mare and the Sassi di Matera, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcase the stunning natural beauty and fascinating cultural history of the region.
- A Greek island dive will combine iconic and lesser-known sights of Corfu, Katakolon (Olympia), Monemvasia (Laconia), Souda Bay (Crete), Santorini with its whitewashed houses carved into sheer cliffs and the medieval town of Rhodes.
The cruise will end in Athens (Piraeus) on October 29, 2025.
