Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks closed higher on Monday; the gains of the sectors, and drove the indices higher.
At the close of Saudi Arabia, the rose 1.06%.
The best value of the session was Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:), up 8.00%, or 0.02 points, to close at 0.27. Meanwhile, Food Works Development Co (TADAWUL:) gained 6.88%, or 9.20 points, to close at 143.00, and Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL:), which rose 6.83%, or 2.40 points, to close the session at 37.55.
At the bottom of the index was MBC Group CJSC (TADAWUL:), which fell 3.48%, or 1.55 points, to close at 43.00. National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL:) fell 3.16% or 6.00 points to close at 184.00 and Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:) was down 1.94% or 1.30 points , until saying goodbye at 65.60.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Stock Exchange by 208 to 88 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery rose 1.76% or 1.21 to $69.90 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities, Brent oil futures for December delivery rose 1.49% or 1.09 to hit $74.15 a barrel, while Gold futures for December delivery rose 0. 84%, 23.05, to $2,753.05 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.09% at 4.08, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.03% at 3.75.
US dollar index futures rose 0.09% to 103.40.
