Investing.com – The Saudi Arabia stock market closed higher this Sunday; the gains of the sectors, and drove the indices higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the dollar gained 0.27%, reaching a new 52-week high.
The best performer of the session was Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:), rising 10.00% or 8.10 points to close at 89.10. Meanwhile, Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (TADAWUL:), which gained 10.00%, or 3.40 points, to close at 37.40, and Scientific and medical equipment House Company CJSC (TADAWUL:), which rose 9.98%, or 5.60 points, to end the session at 61.70.
The worst results of the session were Integrated Eastern Pipes Company for Industry (TADAWUL:), which fell 4.61% or 7.00 points to close at 145.00. Meanwhile, Arabian Shield Coop Insurance Co (TADAWUL:) fell 4.16% or 1.00 points to close at 23.02 and MBC Group CJSC (TADAWUL:) was down 3.94% or 2 .50 points, until finishing at 61.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Stock Exchange by 164 to 113 and 24 ended unchanged.

(TADAWUL:) shares rose to 52-week highs; rising 10.00% or 3.40 to 37.40. Scientific and Medical Equipment House Company CJSC (TADAWUL:) shares rose to 52-week highs; up to 9.98% or 5.60 to 61.70.
Crude oil for May delivery fell 0.32% or 0.26 to $80.58 a barrel. Regarding other commodities, Brent oil futures for delivery in May fell 0.08% or 0.07 to settle at $85.35 a barrel, while gold futures for delivery in April fell 0 .37%, 8.10, to $2,159.40 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.06% at 4.08, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% at 3.75.
US dollar index futures rose 0.07% to 103.06.
