The Pentagon announced Friday that Collins Aerospace, a subsidiary of aerospace and defense company RTX Corporation (New York Stock Exchange:RTX), has been awarded a $264.6 million defense contract to provide support services to the US Air Force.
The Defense Department said the contract was related to the DB-110 and MS-110 Reconnaissance Pod programs includes foreign military sales to countries such as Greece, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Egypt, Taiwan and Qatar.
According to the agency, the program is expected to conclude in June 2027 and has a ceiling of $300 million.
“This contract provides sustainment of the DB-110 and MS-110 Reconnaissance Pod program executed at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and International Special Operations Forces. Support branch“Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program office,” the Pentagon said.
