For many cruise passengers, the landing day can be an distressing day, and not only because their vacations are coming to an end.

Sitting in the traffic to get out of the cruise port and to the airport can add more stress, especially in the busiest cruise port in the world: Portmiami.
The booming port recently welcomed 10 record cruises in one day. With about 68,000 passengers aboard ships, traffic also had to be at a record level.
Miami trafficking is already notoriously bad, and increasing passenger counts in its cruise port only worsen things.
To help improve the traffic situation, Royal Caribbean, which increases the largest cruise in the world, the seas icon, in Miami, is taking a new step that passengers will surely appreciate.

Royal Caribbean Lanza Shuttle free to the airport for selected navigates
Royal Caribbean now offers Portmiami free bus transfers to the airport on the landing day for selected navigations, according to Royalcaribbeanblog.comAn unofficial fans blog that is not affiliated with the cruise line.
Passengers in some recent Miami navigations aboard the seas icon and the symphony of Miami seas have reported that they received electronic emails from the cruise line that offer free bus transfers to the airports of Miami and Fort Lauderdale on landing days when the cruise port expects additional traffic. Royal Caribbean has even offered free service to passengers who have already reserved and paid a transfer to the airport through the cruise line.

To be clear, this free transportation service does not seem to be offered by each Royal Caribbean that sail from Miami, but only on certain days of cruise landing when the cruise line anticipates a heavier traffic than usual. If the service is offered for navigation, passengers can expect to receive an email from Royal Caribbean near its cruise exit date.
For passengers who expect to get out of the ship quickly, the cruise line also recommends using the self -assembly output, where passengers carry their own ship's luggage instead of claiming it at the cruise terminal after they will disembark.

“He took 2 hours from the entrance of the port to Symphony last Sunday. The passengers were rescuing from the taxis/ubers and walking. The main problem is how the port is encrutating, restricting and not directing traffic … not simply a volume problem, “said Notl Scott.
Some passengers even said they avoid navigating from Portmiami specifically due to traffic problems.
“I extracted once outside Miami, and it was a zoo that I have avoided again. Absolutely I expect chaos and congestion, but Miami was another story, ”wrote Kylie Elizabeth.
A passenger who brought Royal Caribbean's free transport to Fort Lauderdale airport also shared his experience.
“He used Fll free transportation. He took approximately an hour from the meeting time to the arrival. I appreciate the free elevator, ”said Sabrina Duffield Somerby.
