The Pizza restaurant sector has faced significant anguish in recent years caused by several economic problems, such as the increase in food and labor costs, the increase in interest rates of their debt and the fierce competition of rival chains.

The commercial block warning said that the property administrator was finishing the tenant's right to occupy the facilities and that the owner can re -enter the property and take possession of the property.
