PNC Financial Services (NYSE:) President/CEO William Demchak bought 6,550 shares, or more than $1 million, at $153.38.
Shares are up more than 5% this week.
Applied Digital (NASDAQ:) (formerly Applied Blockchain) CEO Wes Cummins last week bought another 75,000 shares, or about $180,000 worth, at $2.33-$2.48. In the previous two weeks, he had bought 270,000 shares, or about $618,000, at $2.17-$2.41.
Shares are up more than 33% this week.
Compass Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:) CEO Thomas Schuetz bought 20,000 shares, or $83,800 worth, at $4.19.
Among the company’s recent analyst actions, Stifel initiated coverage of Compass with a Buy rating and a $9.00 price target. According to the firm, the recent filing of updated results from the P2 trial of the combination of CTX-009 and paclitaxel in 2L BTC showed potential for a nearly $1 billion top-sell opportunity (globally) capable of providing an advantage of more than double current levels.
The shares closed the week with a gain of 6%.
