- Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) and other companies have been served with subpoenas in connection with the Justice Department's investigation into the company run by Jensen Huang over concerns it violated antitrust laws, Bloomberg reported.
- US officials have previously reached out to several Nvidia competitors, including AMD (AMD), Intel (INTC) and ai chip startups, to gather information about the complaints, the outlet added. Officials are concerned that Nvidia is making it harder for competitors to shift, the outlet added, citing people familiar with the matter.

- Nvidia told Seeking Alpha last month that it competes “by building on decades of investment and innovation, scrupulously adhering to all laws, making NVIDIA openly available on every cloud and on-premises to every enterprise, and ensuring customers can choose the solution that's best for them.”
- Nvidia added that it will continue to support aspiring innovators across all industries and markets and will provide any information needed by regulators.
