Enjoying new gastronomic experiences is a climax for many passengers of the Norwegian cruise line.
Many cruises plan their vacation meals very much to their navigations and hope to discover new flavors and ways to improve their cruise experiences through the variety of complementary and specialized gastronomic options available.

As the launch of the new Norwegian Cruise Line ship, Norwegian Aqua, approaches, some passengers reserved in their first cruise season are already looking at the new gastronomic experiences they will enjoy on board.
While sailing options available for his cruise in Aqua in the Norwegian application, a passenger noticed that the cruise line launched the menu for his new gastronomic experience specialized on the ship. The passenger shared menu screenshots in the NCL community in Reddit so that others could share their emotion.

Norwegian cruise line launch menu for a new Thai specialized restaurant
On board Norwegian Aqua, the first Thai
Passengers can begin their Thai gastronomic experience with snacks such as salt and pepper prawns, Satay chicken skewers and Thai spring rolls. Other snacks include chicken and coconut soup in the style of Bangkok Tom Kha Gai; Som Tum, a classic Thai papaya dish; and Nam Tok Neua, which presents carbon beef with green and red onion slices.
For the main dishes, Sukhothai will offer a selection of Curry Thailand, as well as house specialties that include chicken from Thai's anacardo, almond meat and plane mamuang meat, a dish of fried red pargo. The specialties of the house will also have the roasted duck curry, the Thai pad and the vegetable fried rice.

For dessert, passengers will be delivered with the Norwegian turn in Thai sweets such as the handle with sticky rice, Thai coconut and Pandan's pudding, Lichi sorbet and fried bananas served with roasted coconut and vanilla ice cream.
“That menu looks incredible,” wrote Reddit User Bulky_Knowledge_4248 in the thread where the menu was shared. “I hope I reach other ships in the future!”
Sukhothai will also appear on the brother ship of Norway Aqua Norwegian Luna, which is launched in April 2026. It remains to be seen if it will be added to any of the existing ships of Norway.
On board Norwegian Aqua, Sukhothai will join an alignment of restaurant restaurants from Cruise Line Norwegian Fanite, including Nama Sushi and Sashimi, Hibachi Restaurant, Hasuki Restaurant, Mediterranean Restaurant of Seofood Palomar, Cagney's Steak's Steak's, French Restaurant, French Le Bisco, French Le Bistro Italian Lobos from Italian.
Norwegian Aqua will offer a new plant -based restaurant, other novel experiences
Passengers who navigate in Norwegian Aqua can also enjoy bowls based on plants and other healthy options of Aposition, the first dedicated restaurant of the cruise line that serves a full menu based on plants. Aposition will be one of the 10 food stations inside the food hall I informed of the ship, which is inspired by international food markets.
Norwegian Aqua will also debut a new contemporary wines hall, Swirl wines bar, an intimate and hidden bar that offers an integral wine per vessel and an extensive list of rare and premium crops.

As the first ship in the Norwegian Plus raw class, Norwegian Aqua will offer passengers even more new experiences such as Aqua Slidecoaster, a first hybrid roller mountain and water slide. The ship will also feature a new immersive digital sports complex, The Glow Court, as well as the Aqua game zone, a reinvented version of the offers of Pavilion and Arcade of the Norwegian and Arcade Pavilion.
The twentieth ship to enter the fleet of the Norway cruise line, the Norwegian Aqua will sail on its inaugural trip on April 26 from Port Canaveral, Fla. Tortola, British Virgin Islands; St. Thomas, Virgin Islands of the United States; and Great Stirrup Cay, the private island of the cruise line in the Bahamas, which will have a new dock at the end of 2025.
