New content continues to prove to be the king of streaming, as Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX) is displayed in the last numbers. The streaming leader topped the ratings with three originals, bolstered by new episodes.
Five more episodes in the final season of Netflix You led him to record 1.35 billion minutes broadcast and surpass Nielsen’s most recent weekly ratings (for the week of March 6–12). However, it was followed on the overall list with two more Netflix Originals. The show became the most-watched comedy special on a streaming platform in a week on Nielsen records.

He originals The list was also topped by Netflix (NFLX) You Outer Banks and MH370: The plane that disappeared, though Netflix added another five to dominate that chart. The only non-Netflix titles were the mandalorian (DIS) at No. 4 and History of the World, Part 2, which ranked 10th and streamed 409 million minutes for Hulu (DIS) (NASDAQ: CMCSA).
Acquired The shows were run by HBO Max (WBD) The last of us, Netflix/Paramount+ with NCIS and HBO Max South Park. But Disney+ (DIS) also landed Blue at No. 5 with 705M minutes; Saw HBO Max (WBD) Friends landing at No. 9 with 511M minutes; and Netflix/Peacock (CMCSA) watched new amsterdam at No. 10 with 504M minutes.
And the Films list saw one of Peacock (CMCSA)’s best relative performances to date. Netflix led that list with its luther film, but it was directly followed by Turbo, shared by Netflix and Peacock and streaming 406 million minutes. And Peacock also got third best picture. Puss in Boots: The Last Wish broadcast 383 million minutes.
