Amid the Immigration repression of the Trump administration and the subsequent arrest of multiple tourists on several borders, multiple countries now warn their citizens to be careful when traveling to the United States.
The German ministry issued a warning reminiscent of citizens that not a US visa. One is obtained by tourists who come to the US. For short stays.
German ministry to citizens: “The final decision falls to the border authorities of the United States”
“The final decision on whether a person can enter the United States with the border authorities of the United States,” said a German spokesman on March 19.
The warning occurred when the National Fabian Schmidt Alemán is currently celebrated in a Rhode Island detention center since it was stopped at Boston Logan International Airport on March 7, while Tattoos artist Jessica Brösche has spent more than a month waiting for deportation at the Otay Mesa detention center in San Diego. While Brösche was suspected of planning to work Illegally when crossing the border from Mexico, Schmidt had a valid green card and has been living in the United States since 2008.
The family that had been in contact with Schmidt during his detention said he was “violently questioned” for hours, naked and put in a cold shower by two officials questioning his intentions to enter the United States.

While the German ministry was not to call the new guide an official travel warning, it reminded citizens to take into account uncertainty and quickly change the nature of Trump's immigration policies.
“A criminal conviction in the United States, false information regarding the purpose of the stay, or even a slight supervision of the visa when entering or exit, can lead to arrest, detention and deportation when entering or exit”, the ministry page to travel to the United States now explicitly states.
Amid the repeated references from Trump to Canada such as “State 51 and new requirements that Canadians who lead in an online portal that have not yet been released, Canada's global affairs also warned Canadians who travel to the United States to familiarize themselves with any update of immigration rules before the trip.

“Each country decides who enters its borders,” said Global Affairs Canada in a statement. “The decision to travel is the exclusive responsibility of the traveler.”
While his warning focused on measles outbreak in certain parts of Texas and other southern states, the Mexican government also issued a new orientation for citizens who go to the United States in February.
“Before traveling, be sure to have your full vaccination schedule,” the Mexican government notice reading. “(The) level of hiring measles risk is medium for the people who go to Texas.”

The Mexican government also told citizens to avoid trips to states with an outbreak, particularly if they have not been vaccinated with the MMR vaccine, which in most countries is given to all children during their first years of life if parents have not opted for one of it.
