Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the index rose 1.97% to a new all-time high.
The best performers of the session were Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TASE:), which gained 6.05% or 351.00 points to close at 6,150.00. Energix (TASE:) added 5.45% or 69.00 points to close at 1,334.00 and Israeli Corporation (TASE:) rose 4.94% or 3,770.00 points to 80,120.00 in late trading.
The worst results of the session were Camtek Ltd (TASE:), which fell 1.69% or 620.00 points to close at 36,070.00. Nova (TASE:), meanwhile, declined 1.66% or 1,390.00 points to end at 82,310.00 and NICE Ltd (TASE:), was down 0.81% or 540.00 points to 65,840.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining stocks on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 324 to 113, and 102 closed unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery rose 2.67%, or 1.95%, to $74.96 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities, Brent oil for November delivery rose 2.33%, or 1.80%, to $78.15 a barrel, while gold futures for December delivery rose 1.27%, or 32.00%, to $2,548.70 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS fell 0.54% to 3.68, while EUR/ILS was unchanged 0.00% to 4.12.
The US dollar futures index fell 0.78% to 100.61.
