Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the stock rose 0.78%.
The best performers of the session were Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:), which rose 3.42% or 800.00 points to trade at 24,200.00 at the close. Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:) added 2.35% or 34.00 points to close at 1,480.00 and Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:) rose 2.15% or 40.00 points to 1,903.00 in late trading.
The worst results of the session were Camtek Ltd (TASE:), which fell 2.70%, or 770.00 points, to close at 27,780.00 at the close. Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:), which fell 2.47%, or 108.00 points, to close at 4,263.00 and Tefahot of Mizrahi (TASE:) fell 1.11% or 150.00 points to 13,330.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining stocks on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 243 to 187, and 109 closed unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery rose 0.10%, or 0.07%, to $70.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities, Brent oil for December delivery fell 0.21%, or 0.16%, to $73.69 a barrel, while gold futures for December delivery rose 1.24%, or 32.50%, to $2,647.10 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS rose 0.53% to 3.78, while EUR/ILS rose 0.72% to 4.22.
The US dollar futures index rose 0.10% to 100.42.
