The CEO of Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE:) bought 116,250 shares of the company early last week for $10.7427 each. The value of the purchase was $1,248,838.88.
The company lost profit last month, but shortly thereafter earned an upgrade from Deutsche Bank to Buy last month, with a $17 price target, with an attractive risk-on reward. The firm noted that it is “encouraged” by “the company’s investments in improved technology/data/analytics.” He added: “Recognizing that progress is unlikely to be linear, especially in an uncertain macro environment, over time we expect the company to be able to accelerate its rate of growth.”
The company also obtained a new purchase stamp from BofA in January.
Calavo Growers CEO receives $1.2M
Calavo producers (NASDAQ:) has recouped some of its recent losses after CEO Lecil Cole bought 50,000 shares from 3/21/23 to 3/22/23 at prices of $23.91-$25.04. The value of the purchase was $1,214 million.
Earlier this month, the company broadly missed first-quarter earnings expectations in both profit and revenue, sending shares tumbling. The shares are still down nearly 20% for the month, though they gained 16% last week after news of Cole’s purchase.
