However, they tweeted a warning to the community to “stay safe and vigilant” to avoid potential scams.
Did the MailChimp data breach affect Yuga Labs?
Earlier today, Yuga Labs revealed that the recent Mailchimp data breach affected them as well. In a lengthy Twitter thread, the team explained that an anonymous hacker might have accessed their account on the platform. However, Yuga Labs claims that “no evidence suggests that they exported any data.”
Additionally, the team mentioned that their Mailchimp account included multiple email campaigns and therefore a limited number of people. yuga laboratories promised to contact any user via their official email address (@yugalabs.io) if they find out that their data was affected by the Mailchimp breach.
Lastly, the founding team advised their community to be on the lookout for potential scams. These can include surprise mints, DM requests for private information or access codes, and fake ads.
