The campaign, called ULT Dream Career Lion Charity Collection, will include the auction of 10,000 lion-themed nfts, each accompanied by digital artworks depicting Kenya's national animal.
Donors will have the opportunity to purchase these limited edition digital collectibles for a flat price of $20 each.
Accessible education for Kenyan children
Proceeds from the auction will contribute to the project's goal of raising $200,000 for the construction of the school.
Heissam Hartmann, founder of Treat Yourself Ubunation, expressed optimism about the potential impact of the campaign, stating: “Through this campaign, we are not only creating a collectible; We are building dreams and paving the way to a better future for the children of Nairobi. “This is a testament to what we can achieve when technology meets compassion and collective action.”
Lea Kabitzsch, founder of UNDER Lea's TRUST, also highlighted the importance of education in the initiative, saying: “With every nft sold, we get one step closer to making the dream of accessible education for all a reality in Nairobi.
