With an allocation of $10 million, the fund is intended to boost the development of new projects and bolster the expansion of existing efforts within the Sei community, focusing on its nfts and social platforms.
The Sei Creator Fund seeks to empower creators in various domains, including collections, applications, infrastructure, content creation and real-world events and projects at any stage of development that are eligible to apply for funding.

The application process is divided into two phases:
- Phase 1 involves direct requests to the Sei Foundation through a form provided on their website.
- Phase 2 will implement a community-driven funding approach in collaboration with Gitcoin.
This will allow members of the Sei community to participate in the allocation of grants through voting mechanisms. By allowing community members to play a role in resource allocation, Sei seeks to encourage inclusion and diversity of projects.
