The Solana Breakpoint conference, taking place in Singapore from September 20-21, will serve as the platform for the official announcement of the PSG1 pre-order. This event is especially important for Player 1 nft holders, as they will receive priority and discounted access to pre-orders.
These nft holders will also benefit from early access to future updates and the ability to participate in community-driven initiatives within the Play Solana ecosystem. Player 1 nfts were minted via the Magic Eden Launchpad on September 16 and have since sold out.
First came the Saga phone, followed by twitter.com/solanamobile/status/1836614409613119632″ target=”_blank” rel=”noopener nofollow noreferrer”>today's announcement Solana Seeker and now the Play Solana Web3 handheld gaming console. By expanding into the world of gaming with its Web3 handheld device, Play Solana is pushing the boundaries of blockchain-integrated hardware.
Solana hardware launches typically attract attention from the cryptocurrency market, largely because the first Solana Saga phone launched thousands of dollars worth of tokens and nfts, surpassing the phone’s retail value. However, the device also faced harsh criticism from popular tech YouTuber Marques Brownlee (MKBHD), who labeled it the “Worst New Phone of 2023” in his annual smartphone awards.
