Land Values Rise in USD as $eth Rises – Meta Rankings (7D)eth rose 8% in 7D to surpass $2,000 for the first time since its brief stay there in April. At the same time, the total nft cap increased 24.5% to $6.8 billion, its highest level since June, while global nft volume increased 51.3%.
Webb 7D’s global apartment volume (+8.59%) exceeded 10+ eth for the third week in a row, and community enthusiasm remains optimistic after its recent playtest.
Trading volume has been increasing, as have land prices, at WorldwideWebbIn Arcade, operations returned (+624%) after a quiet fortnight, with 0.75 eth for a plot of land, the largest sale of the project in 6 months.
On The Sandbox, 230 weekly trades (+389%) was the most in a month, but volumes are still relatively low at 65 eth, equivalent to an average price of 0.283 eth.
LAND prices on The Sandbox and Decentraland appear stable, but its native tokens $SAND and $MANA have skyrocketed 50% over the last month. Native tokens $SAND, $MANA, and $CUBE rose more than 16% for the week, while $TOPIA fell 5.6%.
