Solana and bitcoin show growth, ethereum leads
In the nft market, ethereum (eth) remains in the lead. With the help of 35,236 customers, $36.6 million in sales were recorded. Buyers increased by 46.31% compared to the previous week.
Solana emerged as a formidable rival with revenue of $26.15 million and customer growth of 114.07%.
bitcoin (btc) also saw growth in its nft marketplace. Sales reached $21.4 million, driven by a remarkable 222.29% increase in the number of buyers. This increase highlights bitcoin’s growing presence in the nft space.
Polygon (MATIC) suffered a sales drop of over 15%, falling to fourth place in the market. Immutable (IMX) followed closely behind. Zora and Blast made headlines for their impressive sales increases. Zora recorded a 463% increase in sales volume, while Blast achieved a 227% increase.
Top nft collectibles sales
Among the top nft collections, Solana Monkey Business stands out with $4.86 million in sales. This represents an increase of 168.38%. There was also a notable increase in buyers and transactions for the collection. It was followed by the DMarket collection on the Mythos blockchain with $4.01 million in sales. However, it saw a decrease in transactions and buyers.
Immutable’s Gods Unchained cards also performed well, with $3.8 million in sales. This reflects a 61.35% increase. The collection saw notable growth in transactions and buyers, demonstrating increased interest in blockchain-based collectible cards.
The best-selling fan tokens and nfts
In individual sales, ethereum’s Autoglyphs #167 led with a sale of $274,561. This was followed by bitcoin’s Protoshrooms with $148,574. Other notable sales included BNB’s kNFT: Locked kUSDT and Arbitrum’s Umoja Synths, which showcase the variety of nfts on different blockchains.
Fan tokens also saw explosive growth. Galatasaray’s token on the Chiliz blockchain recorded $280.5 million in sales, a massive increase of 70,149.47%. FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain also saw significant sales, demonstrating the growing demand for sports-themed nfts.
