The non-fungible token, or nft, market has witnessed a 4.16% drop in sales volume over the past seven days.
Here's a breakdown of the latest data from Cryptocoup:
- nft sales volume fell in the last seven days and amounts to $77.6 million, lower than the weekly nft sales of the previous week.
- nft buyers fell a hefty 66.81% to 263,804 from 794,763 last week.
- nft sellers fell to 121,399, representing a drop of 67.87%.
- nft transactions fell by more than 13.78% in the last seven days to 1,662,101.
bitcoin leads blockchains in seven-day surge
Now, let's take a look at the blockchains that have reigned supreme during this period.

ethereum (eth) ranks first in terms of sales volume. However, the bitcoin (btc) network showed a 23.11% volume increase over the past seven days.
The figures, which amount to $15.6 million, are considerably higher than last week's $1.7 million.
Cryptoslam shows ethereum in first place with $26.5 million in nft sales volume. But $2.7 million of total sales were wash operations.
The number of ethereum nft buyers fell by 52% and stood at 26,673.
bitcoin came in second with $15.6 million in total sales.
Solana (SOL) is in third place with its $10.5 million in sales. Mythos Chain (MYTH), Polygon (POL), and Binance Coin (BNB) followed suit with $8.3 million, $5.3 million, and $3.2 million in sales, respectively.
Solana registered the highest number of buyers, the same as last week with 60,115. However, it is considerably lower compared to last week's 393,044 buyers.
DMarket continues to maintain its first position

Like last week, DMarket is the nft collection that holds the position of highest sales in the last seven days. Sales amounted to $8.02 million, which resulted in more than 342,900 transactions.
Guild of Guardians Heroes is second on the list with $3.02 million in sales. Third on the list is CryptoPunks, which was dethroned by bitcoin Puppets, which marked a 59.2% increase in sales volume in the last seven days, with $2.97 million.
