NYX Professional Makeup, backed by L’Oréal, has launched an online beauty decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) called GORJS, pronounced beautiful. Additionally, NYX has introduced 1000 Ethereum-based NFTs called the FKWME Pass, pronounced as fuck with me pass. Notably, FKWME NFT passes will be released to the public on February 1, with a minimum price of around 0.19 ETH, which is valued at approximately $294 at current ETH prices.
NYX Professional Makeup is exploring the possibilities of Web3 to engage more global clients across the metaverse. Additionally, the NYX team wants to redefine beauty in the metaverse, an area that many companies like Nike are very interested in.

In particular, members of the NYX Ethereum-based DAO will use non-transferable GORJS governance tokens for proposal voting. Of the 100 million GORJS tokens, 40% has been set aside for the community, 18% for community grants, 2% for token referrals or marketing, 10% for the founding team, 10% for mentoring and the remaining 20% for the reservation.
