Kusama breaks the silence
Kusama’s silence sparked anticipation from most of the SHIB community. During this period, she occasionally posted content through other important members of the SHIB ecosystem. According to a post by Lucie, a prominent member of Shiba Inu’s development team and content marketer, Kusama had hinted breaking his silence soon. This fueled the expectations and excitement of the SHIB community, and some believe that major announcements are on the horizon.
Kusama’s latest post hasn’t done much justice to this enthusiasm, as the cryptic post featured a bug-eyed emoji without further explanation. Additionally, the post was in response to a post made by Shiba Inu Metaverse advisor Marcie Jastrow about an nft collection called “MareBears” released in collaboration with media personality Paris Hilton. Notably, the nft post featured the depiction of a Shiba Inu dog’s head.

While the post hasn’t really taken on meaning, it has given the community something to obsess over and debate while they wait for more updates.
Major updates on the horizon?
SHIB has one of the fastest growing altcoin communities in the crypto industry. Shiba Inu has come a long way in a short time, but he still has a lot of room to go. According to Lucie’s post, many updates aimed at supporting the SHIB community are on the way. One of them is the growth of Shibarium.

While Shibarium’s TVL has collapsed, the developers have announced the introduction of Shibarium ID. Shibarium ID, scheduled to officially launch at the end of October, is a platform where users can register, manage and exchange .shib web3 domains.
Although the SHIB ecosystem has seen significant improvements this year, the Shiba Inu price is down more than 49% since February. At the time of writing, SHIB is trading at $0.000007468 and has increased 2% in the last 24 hours.
