An exciting racing game that offers an authentic drifting experience, Torque Drift 2 integrates blockchain technology for genuine digital ownership. Torque Drift 2, the official blockchain game of Formula DRIFT, will launch content and features for PC in 2023 and 2024, with a coming soon for console, becoming an integral part of the REVV Motorsport Metaverse racing game ecosystem. It also aims to bring realistic racing experiences to Web2 and Web3 players. Premium Keychain NFT holders can expect exclusive early access to Torque Drift 2 during the first half of 2023 before the public release of the open beta.
Konig, a wheel brand with more than 40 years of history, has established itself as a global icon, shaping automotive tuning and constantly supporting car enthusiasts and the motorsports community. The company excels in the manufacture of forged and cast wheels. The Konig team is made up of passionate car enthusiasts who emphasize accurate data and feedback from sponsored racing teams. Konig’s initial batch of licensed NFTs will feature eight coveted alloys, including Hypergram, Dekagram and Ampliforme. This collection aims to appeal to existing motorsports fans as well as those intrigued by NFTs.
Konig’s licensed NFTs for Torque Drift 2 will also be compatible with Torque Burnout and Torque Drift, previous mobile games developed by Grease Monkey Games under the Torque Motorsport brand. Interoperability is a vital aspect of blockchain gaming as it allows players to own their assets and provides greater flexibility in asset usage.

Arran Potter, Founder and CEO of Grease Monkey Games, similarly expressed his pride in partnering with Konig to launch Torque Drift 2 NFT to showcase some of the best racing wheels. He believes that these NFTs will offer players a novel way to interact with games, while interoperability between titles will allow players to use their NFTs in a variety of ways.
