Decentraland's journey towards digital renewal
Decentraland wellness experiences will be carefully designed to provide attendees with new avenues to recharge, reset and refocus.
To ensure a holistic approach to digital well-being, the event program is meticulously structured around five fundamental pillars of well-being: physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual.
Other highlights include an interactive meditation pool, an inspiring creation inspired by the Japanese painter. Ohara Kosonand a meticulously designed virtual tower for art therapy professionals.
Additionally, the event offers free introductory sessions on wellness tools, including the “Empty Chair” technique and visualizations tailored to sports performance. Qualified experts will lead these sessions, promising a valuable learning experience for all participants.
