What is Wallhugger?
“Wallhugger” introduces players to a new part of the Deadfellaz universe.
The game focuses on the consequences of a failed cure given to the infected after the incident that led to the creation of Deadfellaz. Players take on the role of an unnamed mechanic tasked with maintaining an underground facility, relying on an artificial intelligence system to receive alerts.
The game combines elements from classic titles such as Halflife, Lethal Company and Pacman, mixing survival horror with competitive PvP gameplay. Players must navigate the levels of the facility, performing maintenance tasks such as repairing fans and drains, while avoiding creatures such as the Lurker.
Collector Benefits and Participation
Deadfellaz collectors can receive in-game perks such as alternate mech suits, backpacks, keys, and gas masks, which align with the game's aesthetic.
To participate in the alpha test, interested players can visit The Sandbox official website to download the TSB installer and access the alpha version of Wallhugger using the link provided. This alpha version will support both PvP and solo play.
“Once we exit alpha, we plan for Wallhugger to be the first IP born within TSB that has independent commercial success and exposure,” said Psych, co-founder and game director of Deadfellaz. “We believe that with Tempest and TSB on our side, we can achieve a truly unique and addictive IP and gameplay experience.”
