Scheduled for September 3-5 at the picturesque Château de Vallery near Paris, France, the celebration will feature an NFT art exhibit and auction showcasing the talents of various artists. The event is intended to raise money for Maggie’s, an organization that provides professional, practical and emotional support to cancer patients, with the proceeds going explicitly to their Edinburgh centre. The NFT auction will take place at MakersPlace from September 1-10, 2023, allowing Bitcoin Castle Party 2023 attendees to see these rare works of art in person.
Artists interested in participating in this important event can apply for the exhibition and auction. A panel of Jones, representatives from MakersPlace and Hernán Ortiz will select 24 artists, with the remaining six spots determined by community vote. Selected artists will receive a brief detailing the event’s art guidelines, requiring them to create pieces that reference the life or work of Alotta Money.

Trevor Jones, an MFA graduate of the University of Edinburgh and Edinburgh College of Art, has been instrumental in art and technology collaborations for over a decade.
