Ultraman fans will have the chance to purchase a rare digital collectible of their choice starting March 1 at 12pm UTC. The Ultraman Phygital series is made up of two parts: digital collectibles, or NFTs, and physical figurines.
Ultraman’s phygital project is thanks to beast kingdom, the platform behind some of the most popular collectibles. According to his team, this release marks several anniversaries that are vital to Ultraman, such as the 55th anniversary since the Japanese pop culture superhero was born on the 25th.he anniversary of Ultraman Tiga, the 15thhe anniversary of Ultraman Mebius, and the 10he anniversary of Ultraman Zero.
According to an official statement, Ultraman NFTs will be offered in “Standard” packs containing 5 NFTs and “Premium” packs containing 15, each with various rarities. In total, there will be six different rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Exotic, and Mythic, with “mythical, exotic, and particular combinations of NFTs that reward holders with redemption tokens that can be redeemed for limited-edition physical figures.”
What is needed to participate in the sale of the Ultraman Phygital series?
That being said, the presale begins at 12:00pm UTC on March 1, with the main sale taking place at a later, currently unspecified time.
NFTs will be available for purchase via atomic center, and fans will need to create a WAX-compatible wallet to participate in the delivery. For standard and premium eggs (packs), fans can purchase them with a credit/debit card and WAXP tokens. Please note that each transaction will have a purchase limit, but fans can re-queue as many times as possible while delivery is active.
In total, there will be more than 300,000 digital collectibles and more than 20,000 exclusive physical figures up for grabs. This phygital series offers fans of the iconic character a whole new way to experience Ultraman.
