Base
The Baseline project is defining a protocol that allows companies to synchronize their systems of record and reduce costly errors in B2B transactions. It uses the Ethereum Mainnet as a common frame of reference, while keeping business logic confidential and data private through zero-knowledge proofs. The project is under the ethereal oasis. First thrown out in March 2020 by a group of 15 teams, Baseline is now overseen by representatives of more than 30 companies and organizations. Funding awarded to Baseline was used for the recently announced Reference protocol scholarship programadministered by Baseline’s governing bodies through open collective to support continued research, development, and adoption.

Aztec for PLONK
The Aztec team is blazing trails in the realm of zero knowledge as creators of PLONKan efficient and universal SNARK build, and its successors TurboPlonk Y UltraPlonk. Aztec received a grant in August 2020 for their work on PLONK and the Rust-based Noir language for programmable privacy within a PLONK brief.
