Textile Y 3box for Encryption and signing of IPLD objects
IPLD is a data structuring framework used in IPFS. Textile and 3Box received a combined grant, jointly funded with protocol labs, to create a signing and encryption standard that enables greater compatibility and interoperability between web3 applications while maintaining user data sovereignty. All of the work funded by this grant has already been completed, including:
Ethereum developers can now integrate JOSE standards like JWE and JWS into their IPLD-based dApps, with more to come! This work is part of a longer-term effort to increase data interoperability in IPFS/IPLD-based tools and applications. botfly for beaconcha.in eth2 block explorer
As the release of the beacon chain neared, the Bitfly team wanted to make sure there was a open source eth2 block explorer since day 1. beaconcha.in it has become just that and much more, with a treasure trove of resources for Ethereum stakeholders and enthusiasts, including:
- growing eth2 knowledge base
- Wide variety of trackers and displays including graphics with data on liveliness, participation, total participation and more
- Mobile app to monitor eth2 validators
