The ethereum Foundation now seems to change the approach to the growth driven by the founders and the formation of capital after facing the criticisms of investors and builders.
ethereum's leadership seems to be reconsidering its growth strategy as criticism increases, with signs of a change towards an approach more driven by the founders and focused on the ecosystem, according to the managing partner of Dragonfly Capital, Haseb Qureshi.

Now, Qureshi says that the team seems to be considering how to “replicate the success” of the Supeream de Solana, a community of operators, developers and beneficiaries who work in Solana projects, within the ethereum ecosystem, with less emphasis on research and more in “capital formation and trips of founders.”
“ethereum's leadership has received many criticisms, and it is important that everyone knows this, they are working. They are thinking a lot about how to adapt. It is a moment of teaching for them.”
HASEB QURESHI
Qureshi's comments occur when the ethereum direction has been under scrutiny lately, since even the former engineer of the ethereum Foundation, Harikrishnan Mulackal criticized the governance of the network, saying that he suffers from a “lack of a clear and cohesive vision.”
According to Mulackal, without stronger leadership, ethereum could stagnate, suggesting that the network should boost faster updates and send “a hard bifurcation every quarter.” Otherwise, he said, ethereum runs the risk of reproducing “exactly the same result” as the last five years.
